Position Description:
Center	:	Gaziabad, Cochin, Allahabad
Category	:	Sales
Designation	:	Assistant Sales Head
Job Description	:	Handle enquiries and arrange meeting with prospective clients to understand their medical condition and requirements. To involve other experts to customize program before making sales pitch, which may involve technical description of certain procedures and the way the products are used. To quote and negotiate prices by offering alternate programs suiting individual requirement and meeting budget constraints. To make constant effort to update knowledge on products and services being offered by company and competitors in order to handle sales objections with regard to pricing and packaging. Maintain and update records of booked and unbooked clients on periodic basis. To plan and execute sales event at the centre by developing and implementing appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to niche clients.
Experience	:	2-4 Years yr.
Desire Qualification	:	Graduate with Degree/ Diploma in Sales.
Knowledge,Skill & Abilities	:	Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Persuasive, command over product, flair to close sales, courteous, creates feeling of trustworthiness, enjoys challenges, fit and healthy.
Special Requirement	:	Willing to travel and take on field job, accept additional responsibilities, willing to relocate.
